I have received my information
packet in the mail. What do I do
next?
Select your class choice(s) based on the schedule you received. Typically, highlighted classes are the
preferred times and underlined are the next best options. Return the completed card with the back
signed, the last page of your brochure with your desired classes AND the registration fee to Hart Dance
Academy. If you need to discuss your options with Tracey, please leave a message at the studio
(488.9444) and she will get back to you within 3 days. Please understand any delays as registration
time is very busy.
I have turned in my registration by
mail or at an Open House. Is there
anything else I need to do?
No, you may assume you are in your first choice class(es) unless you receive a call to discuss. To keep
our costs low, we DO NOT send confirmation cards. Plan on starting in those classes the first week of
dance. Be sure to have the proper clothing and shoes!
We are new to the dance world.
What information do I need?
At this time, it would be best to get an informational packet mailed to your home. Please fill out the
request form above OR leave a message at the studio with the same information. You will receive the
packet in the mail and can make informed decisions.

If you have specific questions that are not answered, please feel free to
Contact Us.
We have shoes that fit but they are
not the preferred color or style for
the class. Do we need to buy new
shoes before classes begin?
In most cases, new shoes are not necessary to start the year. As long as the shoes fit your child (small
shoes can influence a child's attitude toward coming to dance) and are the proper type of shoe (i.e. tap
for tap, ballet for ballet, etc.) they should work just fine. Preferences of style and color will be important
for the recital. Therefore, before you buy new shoes, consider the dress code and speak with the
teacher.
