- Brochures and customized schedules were mailed out by Monday, August 2. If you are a returning student and have
not received yours yet, please Contact Us. Mail your registration form in at your earliest convenience. Some classes are full
already, so please list a 2nd choice.
We are still taking donations for the Malone Community Center! Tights, leotards, shoes, etc. See the studio for details!
- Many Hart dancers were representing their schools at the Northeast High School Drill Team Show on Monday, November
23. Nicolette Brown, Amanda Hoobler, Kilee Richards, Jenna Karlin, Carson Gose, Kelsey Scofield, Abbey Spencer, Emily
Martinez and Sam Heibel were among those there to perform!
Nicolette Brown and Lauren Ayars were our scholarship winners from OKLA this past November! See pictures of the in-house
workshop here. Emily Martinez, assistant teacher, got to work with Adam Parson at the OKLA Regionals in Oklahoma City, on

- HDA's very own Shim-Sham Tap Troupe is featured in Cindy Lange-Kubick's article, "Shim Sham dancers keep kickin' it" in
the Lincoln Journal Star for Wednesday, September 16. Check it out here.
Hart Dance Academy performed in the Dare 2 Dance Showcase, featuring routines by So You Think You Can Dance's
Kourtni Lind, Gev Manoukian and Mark Kanemura on Saturday, August 29. Select assistants performed "Colors", a lyrical
piece choreographed by Aly Hart for the PAC Show. In addition, Emily Martinez and Kally Brennan were in Gev's hip-hop piece
and teacher Aly Hart was in Kourtni's contemporary piece. These dancers got to work first hand with Top 20 contestants from
the show. Photos are now available.
Hart Dance was featured in the July 31st Star City Sports issue (inside the Lincoln Journal Star). There is a story on

DKNY: Trip #4 to NYC
14 Hart students and teachers visited the Big Apple this June to take classes, see Broadway sites and soak up the sites. See
